Amy Wheeler is in the Clinical Laboratory field since 1984. Wow! 40 years! She has worked in many different types of laboratories both in the human and veterinary realms. She has created and mentored many different teams over the years and says that mentorship is her favorite part of her career. Previous to finding her new home at GBA Group, she was a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor for 17 years. It’s only been 7 months, but she has to say that she has thoroughly enjoyed her time helping Matthew McCarthy get this new venture off the ground. They even manage to find fun in the speed bumps! She looks forward to bringing on and mentoring new team members when the time comes and she is confident that they will build a knowledgeable, cohesive team that will bring GBA Group, USA into a bright future!
